With more than 11 years of pharmaceutical experience and almost six years of entrepreneurial know-how, Akshay Nawadkar is the Managing Director of RBN Meditech Private Limited, a leading supplier of medical and surgical products situated in Pune, Maharashtra. He is a certified pharmacist with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University’s Poona College of Pharmacy. He uses his technical expertise and strategic ideas to propel the business forward, offering healthcare providers that meet the highest standards.
Akshay played a key role in RBN Meditech’s conversion to a Private Limited firm, with an emphasis on creating a cutting-edge and long-lasting healthcare solutions enterprise. His goal is to establish RBN Meditech as a world leader in pharmaceuticals and medical devices, driving the sector forward with a dedication to quality, innovation, and high-quality healthcare providers.

Devashish has over 11 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including its scientific, regulatory, and operational facets. He is currently pursuing an MSc in Biotechnology. At the age of 20, he started his path as a marketing assistant intern, where he learned the value of professional networking in creating fruitful connections. He spent half of his career in sales and management because of this early experience, which ignited a lifelong commitment to building relationships.
Motivated by a dedication to quality, Devashish’s goal is to establish himself as a leading pharmaceutical exporter by connecting global markets with creative, legal healthcare providers. His deep experience and enthusiasm for networking have made him a leader prepared to guide development and forge alliances in this rapidly changing industry, all while focusing on innovative healthcare solutions.

Dr. Sanjeev Kolhe, a highly accomplished professional with qualifications including M.Pharm, Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, MMS (Finance, Materials, and Production), and LLB, brings over 30 years of global experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Renowned for spearheading large-scale projects and managing regulatory audits (WHO GMP, US FDA, EU), he has successfully developed over 110 products across a wide range of dosage forms. His expertise spans greenfield projects, quality management, regulatory compliance, and innovative product development.
As a former CEO in Uzbekistan and Kenya, Dr. Kolhe has demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving business growth, operational excellence, and market expansion. His strategic vision and multidisciplinary expertise make him a key contributor to RBN Meditech’s mission of delivering innovative and world-class healthcare solutions.
